Hi Ralph and Tom,

I completely concur with Ralph's computation -- based on:

ISS
1 25544U 98067A   03105.53106156  .00041100  00000-0  34010-3 0  9050
2 25544  51.6352 334.9570 0006812  21.4703 338.6736 15.58205811 11238

ISS will transit your reported coordinates from about 17:35:56.5 to
17:35:57.1 UT, entering at the 4 o'clock position and exiting at
the 9'oclock position.  (If looking through a telescope, then it
will enter at 8 o'clock and exit at 3 o'clock).
