    I posted two days ago:

    >a period of 2.74 seconds.

Last night the tumple period was down to 1.77 seconds.

    Elset from observations:

    Milstar 6 Cr
    1 27712U 03012B 03101.57025979 0.00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 07
    2 27712 3.7100 306.6070 0001000 222.0370 137.9733 1.00582000 00

Before finding the rocket, I was suprised by Molniya 1-90 going
north to south at only 6000 miles. When looking for the payload,
    I tracked 92 84B, Superbird A1 Rocket at 17000 miles for a little
while before realizing that it was not near-geosynchronous.
