COLA output:
Target satellite perigee: 246.84 km
Target satellite apogee: 264.10 km
Velocity at perigee: 7.7618 km/sec
TLE collision search file: sts107.txt
COLA will search for satellites having altitude ranges
that intersect the range from -3.16 to 514.10 km,
and that come within ***** km of the target satellite at
a time within +/- 2.0 days of both satellite epochs.
