    Hello Scott,

I am rather sure you observed IRS-P2( 1994-068A ). My last observation was
at about 20 21 UT. Then I counted 45 flashes, orangeish, in 129.20 seconds.
Average flash period is 2.87 seconds. I have the impression every fourth
flash is brighter than the others. Since the interval of the maximum is so
short, this object is very difficult to see without optical aid.
I tried last time, but it may be suggestion that I saw it.

    Happy observing..Bram Dorreman.

    >Hello, this evening I was looking for Cosmos 1447R and came across what I
think was IRS-P2( 1994-068A ). It was nearly invisible in my binoculars but
it flared 5 times within a matter of 15 seconds. Am I correct in my
identification? Is this known to flash or flare like this?
