Report time 08:00 UTC 2002-044B (#27529) ATLAS 2AS CENTAUR RB SCC'S FINAL REPORT - prepared 03 April 14:24 UTC - showed the decay on 03 April, 10:34 UTC +/- 07 minutes (18.0°S, 30.0°E) ascending at a daylight over Zimbabwe. MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 03093.255...-03093.323... (SFX 155, ap 013) the decay on 03 April, 10:36 UTC +/- 17 minutes (16.20°S, 38.00°E) also northbound over Mocambique. There was a "final" but strange ELSET - 03093.455... - with an epoch after the decay time. I didn't used it. BTW: I mailed this message already yesterday at 18:30 UTC but apparently it was lost in space....
