I found this geosat 2003 Feb 26, but as it was close to MSG 1 (2002-40B,27509) I didn't pay much attention to it (thinking it could be MSG 1). I observed it again 2003 Mar 30 moving too fast (N->S) to be MSG 1. Obs on Mar 31 confirmed that this is a new object. Observation with Mintron 12V1C-EX and lens 75 mm f/1.3 each frame integrated for 1.28 seconds.
