While i was watching the USA 160 duo with my 10x50s i noticed there was
another object in formation with them about 4 deg to the left (S) of the
trailing object. I've seen the duo several times before so this object was
new. The object had a slow tumble, at times invisible and i saw at least 2
bright flashes which would have been visible at 1x. I was able to ID the
object as USA 160 r #26906 01040B, it had joined up with it's payloads. No
    timings were made.
