    Report time 14.30 UTC

    2001-054B (#26996) STARSHINE 2

    SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared April 26,12:37 UTC -
    shows the decay on:
    26 April, 10:55 UTC +/- 01 minutes (43.7N, 322.1E)
on an ascending pass over the North Atlantic.

The NAVAL SPACE COMMAND delivered - based on the last
observation on 09:30 UTC - the decay on
    26 April, 10:57 UTC (48.0N, 333.8E) also ascending over
    the North Atlantic.

My final analysis -based on a mean of both used atmospheric
models (SFX 173, ap 009) shows the decay on
    26 April, 11:02 UTC +/- 16 minutes (51.72N, 03.24E)
    descending over the Northern Sea.

BTW: I have some doubts about SPACECOM'S +/-01 minutes. They
are not consolidated by earthbound tracking data.
