From May 3 to May 10 Saturn, Mars and Venus will all be within the field of view of my 10 X 50 binocs. On May 10 Mars and Venus will be approx. 15 arcmin apart. I will have to move to a nearby location with a better horizon view but as the time gets closer I plan on looking for sats that will pass in view of these planets. Really want to see if there is a sat that would pass between Mars and Venus on May 10, I would set up my 8" reflector for that. If not me, I hope somebody on this list could see a sat pass between these 2 planets on May 10.
