    I watched Envisat pass through Draco at about the same time as Tom in Iowa.
    It definitely looks orange-ish, but not as much as the ISS.
    
    I also saw my first geo sat - Galaxy 11.  According to the RCS values
    published by OIG, it's RCS is 660+.  There's nothing else that has a value
    that big.  Is there a specific reason for it?
