Note: These final two elsets show this running 5 sec and 14 sec early
against the prediction I had posted some hours before, though the last
one is suspect because the eccentricity is probably too high. I have
it decaying over the Indian Ocean to the east of Somalia soon after
the next northbound equator crossing.
