    Final elsets:

    SAC-B/HETE + r 3.1 1.0 0.0 7.4 d 4.0 154 x 115 km
    1 24645U 96061A 02097.11828704 .25933101 46413-5 15047-3 0 2026
    2 24645 37.9309 295.5187 0029860 223.4564 284.5169 16.51746327302880

Note: These final two elsets show this running 5 sec and 14 sec early
against the prediction I had posted some hours before, though the last
one is suspect because the eccentricity is probably too high. I have
it decaying over the Indian Ocean to the east of Somalia soon after
    the next northbound equator crossing.
