    BTW I saw both objects this evening.
    02017C was the first object seen at 19:32UTC.  Bright mag 2.5 naked eye
    object and steady.
    
    02017B was seen at 19:48UTC and was flashing with approximately 5-6s.  Both
    objects will decay in the near future.
