2002-014B (#27398) Shenzhou 2 RB

To our surprise SPACECOM has released a couple of hours ago
a new "last" ELSET 02092.916... The "first" final ELSET had
the epoch 02092.369... ! The new ELSET is compatible with the
first one. The difference is only 12 seconds. MPM + REENTRY
delivers now the decay on
  02 April, 23:13 UTC +/- 22 minutes (39.47°S, 90.95°E) on
a northbound pass over the Indian Ocean.
SPACECOM has not corrected their "old" decay time (17:04 UTC.
