    Yes there is some timing error on my part.
    
    The oig has put an updated orbital element for the PAS 1R geo sat on there 
    site.
    
    Using it in skymap, it shows the time that the PAS 1R satellite formed a 
    line with two stars close to what I got. Means I am getting better at timing 
    the passage of sats against the stars.
