Note: The latest elset shows this running 3 sec late against
yesterday's prediction. I show this decaying northbound soon after
the equator crossing at the end of the final SatEvo-predicted rev
above. This places it a little SW of Mexico on a track that would
carry it close to Mexico City at 17:44 UTC and Jacksonville, Florida,
at 17:48. The uncertainty is still more than one orbit.
