Time of observation 5:13:43 secs UTC ( Apr 2 ) Position near 15 hour 9 min R.A -6 deg 39 min Dec I made an observation of the PAS 1R geo sat. Using the following orbital element PAS 1R 1 26608U 00072A 02079.94130788 -.00000274 00000-0 00000+0 0 2939 2 26608 0.0180 354.4991 0000429 321.3661 156.2908 1.00270296 4973 And comparing it's passage to skymap , using a line it formed with two bright stars. I determined that the sat is approx 37 seconds fast. Currently easy to spot in my 70 mm refractor.
