It seems that "much is being made" of the fact that
Canada-arm-2 is much stronger than #1. Why is this a
concern in the micro gravity of orbit? 

I know this is off topic. If someone knows of a list
that might cover more general information relating to
Satellites and the physics of orbit could you point me
in the right direction.
