The phase shift occurred at 03:16:30 UTC, 27 April.

TiPS made a nice pass last evening, passing R->L above beta Leo (160az, 60el) 
at 02:02:35 UTC.  For most of the next 2 minutes the entire length of the 
tether and both end objects were visible.
