    Our bright summer nights are approaching rapidly - but a high pass of USA
    129 in the East was easy.
    Some 5 seconds before my obs came the most tremendous flash I have seen from
    a KeyHole - probably near -8 mag. A -1 flash followed after the obs (IOD
    format)
