These observations in IOD format are 22minutes late on predictions
based an elset at day 88.66 of 2001. A crudely timed observation by Ron Welch
of canberra made on April 14th was 14.5 minutes late. This suggests
a decrease of the mean motion of about .0025 revs/day took place around April
    6. The object was also much fainter than expected.
The obs report is in IOD format.
