Eduardo, I suspect it is because the J-Pass system is using non-current elements and it is showing in the result. We dont know this of course because J-Pass doesnt tell you the epoch of its elements ( Heavens-above does) I noticed the same differences as you mention on the J-Pass e-mail service. The information provided on that service is in itself in a format too hard for the "man in the street" to interpret easily that I wouldnt recommend it to anybody. The same problem of interpretation goes for the format of the sightings section. I know several local reporters who found the information indigestible. Please remember that the best is ultimately that which predicts the satellite most accurately as determined by Observation.
