As i looked outside to see if the sky had cleared just before a pass by ISS, i noted a bright object flaring at 03:19:34 +/- 3 sec 12 Apr UTC. Approx Az 130 deg El 25 deg. Mag -3 and it lasted for a couple of seconds but there didn't appear to be any apparent motion to it unlike an Iridium flare. Iridium 40 #25041 97069C was in the area around the time but it was not it. Thanks in advance in any help in Iding this object.
