I just love the oig and norad.

Tell me that this the same object.

    1987-022E 17652 US 91.2 24.7 496 166 0.0048
    DELTA 1 DEB Launched (1987/02/26) Decayed [1988/01/18]

SO object 17652 decayed in 1988, and was launched in 1987. but the object is
called 61015LM in the orbital elements not 1987-022E or 98022E

    DELTA 1 DEB Decayed: 1988/01/18
    1 17652U 61015LM 00270.80700301 .00003437 00000-0 11169-2 0 6277
    2 17652 66.6968 58.4983 0112360 200.7166 158.9361 14.36457075822834

When I see something pass across the night sky, and get the answer, it can
be a different object all together.

    Kevin
