    Could this have been 1979-058B, NORAD 11418, SL-6 R/B (1)
from the 27.06.1979 launch of Kosmos 1109? Officially, the Block I
stage decayed on 26.07.1979 but it could easily be July 27 in Queensland.
It worth trying checking with elsets.
