Congratulations to Ted on his timely and accurate prediction! If my observations on Apr.22 and Apr.24 were indeed of USA 116, and it was manoeuvred approximately when USA 129 was, this may be a search elset: USA 116 Apr 24 +15 m/s 1 23728U 95066A 115.80368014 .00024835 00000-0 45996-3 0 2604 2 23728 97.9151 229.1192 0450289 14.3393 347.0118 14.74940367 28866 If (less likely) it was raised already on Apr.24, it could be: USA 116 Apr 26 +15 m/s 1 23728U 95066A 117.82765939 .00024835 00000-0 45996-3 0 2605 2 23728 97.9151 231.1306 0452803 358.3507 1.6184 14.74609567 29162 I believe MM is a bit high,and may have to be adjusted if the USA 129 elset MM changes. It should be 0.003 to 0.01 above USA 129's. Also, to fit the observation of Apr.24, I may have to reduce RAAN to 227.2 degrees (229.2 on Apr 26), which also is unlikely, and does not fit my first (inaccurate) observation very well. But there were no candidates in alldat.tle for either day. -- bjorn.gimle@tietotech.se (office) -- -- b_gimle@algonet.se (home) http://www.algonet.se/~b_gimle -- -- COSPAR 5919, MALMA, 59.2615 N, 18.6206 E, 33 m -- -- COSPAR 5918, HAMMARBY, 59.2985 N, 18.1045 E, 44 m -- -- SeeSat-L / Visual Satellite Observer Home Page found at -- -- http://www2.satellite.eu.org/satintro.html -- ----------------------------------------------------------------- Unsubscribe from SeeSat-L by sending a message with 'unsubscribe' in the SUBJECT to SeeSat-L-request@lists.satellite.eu.org http://www2.satellite.eu.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
