I saw #26289 = 99057GB last night (only 1 fix due to clouds)

Residual about +4 sec on orbit epoch 00115.14894 .

Magnitude approx 6/7 rapidly varying, which agrees with previous
observations listed as 00595A .

Due to clouds I was unable to check fragments AF GC GD.
