    No Mark you saw something else, the upper stage of the rocket
    that launched the Progress. The progress was about 5 minutes later.
    Here are the predictions for geelong, using elements of epoch
    time close to your observation .
    Rendevous with MIR seems delayed as the OIG elements for
    the progress epoch 118.18( April 27) still show a 16.104 mean motion.
