    The STS-101 launch of the Space Shuttle Atlantis has been cancelled
    again.  KSC had perfect weather, but none of the emergency landing sites
    had acceptable weather.
    
    Next opportunity to launch, as far as has been released to the public, is
    11 April 2000.
