Hi all,

I used for the first time the program VEC2TLE by Kenneth J. Ernandes to
convert the EFG vector data provided by Vladimir Agapov to a useable elset.
Here is the result. I'm not sure if it's really good but it seems to closely match the
orbit of Mir.
