When I got elements of 99057D to AH I tried to match them to the
    observations.

    The only matches were:
       Date Time Objects
       000325 2127.7 V or AD
       000325 2132.4 V
       0004* * none!

From observations April 21 to 23 I found:

V was not seen, standard mag fainter than 8, and therefore not
likely to have been seen on 000325 .

However 99057AD was seen on three passes, standard mag about 6
    steady. The used elements were:

    1 26141U 99057AD 00105.12903345 +.00012388 +00000-0 +38434-2 0 00107
    2 26141 098.4529 181.0020 0051052 175.4900 184.6759 14.40468848004162

and fit very well if NDOT2 is reduced from +.00012388 to
    about +.00008000 .
