1990-054E - #20704 - SL-12 AUX MOTOR (Groizont R/B)

SpaceCom's FINAL REPORT - prepared Apr 24, 02:54 UTC - shows the decay on
                     23 April, 22:35 UTC +/- 01 hour (35.0°S, 31.0°E)
on an ascending pass near the Eastern Cape (South Africa) over the Indian Ocean.

MPM delivers with the last two ELSET's 00114.701... and 00114.790... the decay on
                     23 April, 22:12 UTC +/- 11 minutes (25.7°S, 284.7°E)
on a southbound pass over the Pacific.
