1990-054E - #20704 -  SL-12 AUX MOTOR (Gorizont R/B)

The fresh update from SpaceCom - prepared April 23, 17:36 UTC - shows the decay 
on               23 April, 22:46 UTC +/- 03 hours (05.3°S, 64.6°E)
on a northbound pass over the Indian Ocean.
MPM delivers with the ELSETs 00114.639... - 00114.701... also the shift to a
later decay:     23 April, 22:54 UTC +/- 11 minutes (18.3°N, 85.6°E)
on the same pass over the Indian East Coast.
