SpaceCom's last prediction - prepared April 23, 10:02 UTC - shows the decay on
                  23 April, 21:24 UTC +/- 07 hours (13.9°N, 104.3°E)
on a northbound pass over SE Asia.
MPM delivers with the the ELSETs 00114.387 - 00114.513.. the decay on
                  23 April, 21:41 UTC +/- 15 minutes (46.7°N, 174.6°E)
on the same pass over the Pacific.
The descent part of the foregoing pass cross the West Coast of the USA on 
20:20 UTC (38.33°N, -122.20°) and leave the continent on 20:27 UTC (22.25°N,
-98.50°).
