On Apr.20 I searched for USA 116 in the interval -16/+16 from the last elset below (at 22:30-23:03). Because of the wide area covered during the interval, and my problem of memorizing several prediction points, I looked mainly without binoculars, and could of course could have missed it. I saw only one satellite, but with lower inclination, ID'd as #10777 On Apr.22 I searched the interval -75/+3 (22:04-23:22) (which still leaves a gap +16/+22) The only object with a small cross-track dislocation, and matching predicted track DIR and speed, was observed 22:13:41 near RA 19:06, dec.+34 22:14:06 near 20:09 +44 22:15:29 near 00:23 +51 This matches closely this elset, where only Epoch is changed from my search elset at the end of this mail: USA 116 search -66 min 1 23728U 95066A 111.82520000 .00024835 00000-0 45996-3 0 2596 2 23728 97.9151 225.1598 0434609 22.7355 339.2475 14.83722455 28260 Objects dismissed were: #07213, #17290 (22:19:21),#24296, #04139 (22:26:28), #23317 (22:39:36), #12139 (22:56:32), #03019 (23:08:15) I saw a single negative magnitude flash about 22:42, at RA 16:30, +58 and one similar about 01:18, RA 12:15, dec.+52 deg.
