    2000-019B (#26244) Proton R/B

In my last prediction - apparently not appeared on this board - I showed with MPM
    the decay on 19 April, 17:00 UTC +/- 06 minutes (22.9°N, 79.0°E)
on a northbound pass. This was significantly later then SpaceCom's and Alan's
final results but well within their error limits.
The visual observation of the decay from India confirms my prediction. Based
on the last two released ELSET's 00110.520... and 110.602... and a special
reentry program here is the final part of the trajectory:
April 19 UTC Latitude (N) Longitude (E) Altitude (km)
                      16:55:00 15.40° 72.65° 81.9
                      16:56:00 18.39° 75.05° 73.9
                      16:57:00 21.02° 77.28° 60.7
                      16:58:00 22.53° 78.61° 40.9
                      16:59:00 22.81° 78.86° 24.9
                      17:00:00 22.82° 78.88° 15.7
The "terminal impact point" is southwest of Jabalpur.

It would be very helpful to have more precise time and location informations
from India to check the reentry calculation and to verify the trajectory.
