US 115 is a milstar satellite.  Also know as 1995-060A (23712) There is three in orbit?

1994-009A milstar 1
1995-060A milstar 2
1999-023A milstar 3

what is 1998-029A (25336) USA 139, as spacewarn is listing it as a milstar satellite.

A new USA satellite is to be placed into orbit on April 21 . It will be the NAVSTAR  Global
Positioning System 2R-4 spacecraft.
