    15876 is the Ariane 1 that launched Giotto; it was near apogee.
    20367 is Raduga 24.
    
    Two others somewhat farther off the mark were:
    
    19931 -207    .1   15 26.0 -5.94 89030D         89030D  
    20315    0    .9   15 26.1 -6.87 89087A         89087A  
    
    19931 is Raduga 23 Rk(2), a small upper stage.
    20315 is Intelsat 602.
