2000-019B (#26244) Proton R/B

SpaceCom's last TIP message -prepared APR 19, 10:55 UTC - shows the decay on
                19 April, 17:10 UTC +/- 04 hours (46.5°N,  113.5°E) 
on a ascending pass over China.

MPM delivers with the ELSET's 00110.216...  - 00110.520... the decay on
                19 April, 17:16 UTC +/- 22 minutes (51.8°N, 148.3°E)
on the same orbit but southbound east of Sachalin Islands.
