    #15983 = 85- 74 D = Molniya 1-64 r2

My current prediction is for decay at Apr 20 06:44 +-13h. Drag rates
increased in line with disturbed geomagnetic conditions yesterday and
today, but appear now to be falling again. The decay has shifted
earlier, but perhaps not as much as is implied by SpaceCom's latest
prediction which has the decay at Apr 19 19:08 +-2d.

    The latest elset is:
    Moln 1-64 SL-6 r2 2407 x 86 km
