No manoeuvre until now.

I observed USA 129 with 10 x 50 B

passing Gamma Leo at 2000 Apr 14 20:37:45 UTC with mag 5.5

and 10/11 LMi at 20:38:26.3 UTC with mag 4.5.
(estimated position RA 9h36m, Decl +36.5 deg +-0.1 deg 2000.0)

This was only about 9 seconds late with this elset from cs000413:
