    If the drag is low, probably for a week or two the TLE will be reasonable.
    If the mean motion is equal to or greater than 16 revs/day ,
    get new elements daily. The main TLE collections are updated more than once
    a week. The unofficial elsets are of course updated less frequently
    because the supply of observations can be more irregular.
    
    US SPACECOM updates elements of objects like MIR more than once
    a day. Unless there has been orbital adjustment it isnt necessary to
    refresh at this rate!!
