Last night, April 9/10, was pretty clear, and I managed to get positions on a large number of NOSSs, including the 76-38 group which were all running more than two minutes late against elsets dated around 00059. In contrast, 92-86C, USA 89 r, was very early indeed, and I only managed to get one position on it. Here are some early reductions.
