The pre-dated TLEs of XMM were not so bad after all. On Saturday 8 April at 03:59:58 UT Swiss amateur astronomer Stefano Sposetti has captured XMM with his 10-inch telescope and a CCD camera. He found XMM 2 arcminutes from the position I had calculated, but 13 seconds later than predicted. This is the second observation worldwide and the first from the northern hemisphere. I suppose the picture will be available on the net within a couple of days.
