I made several observations 00-04-07 ; OBSENTRY/IOD report later this weekend. USA 129 on time, brightened 1.5 mag at 18:43:53 UT Ir 44 flashed 19:05:10 to negative magnitude, possibly some more earlier, but none later. UNID identified as Geo-IK ERS-1 mainly steady, brightened 2 mag at long intervals Spot 3 flashed 19:49:51.7, 50:12.0, 50:27.3, 50:32.3, 51:13.1 UNID 19:54:49.2 at RA 13.75, dec.+52.0 moving 7 deg/14 s. in DIR=280 r.t. vertical. 65-027 AF was close, but is moving at 60% of that speed.
