TLEs of XMM

This morning (Friday 7 April, around 9:00 UTC) I downloaded from OIG
the latest TLEs for XMM. What surprises me is that they are from
day 99, i.e. 8 April. Are they the result of an extrapolation or has
OIG not noticed that we had a 29 February ?
