    Your enthusiasm is very reminiscent of my own, many years ago, when I first
    started "looking up";  welcome to our "club."  And as you gain more experience
    you'll find that you'll be learning the constellations; satellites can and
    do appear in all parts of the sky.

    Try looking at/for the NOSS satellites.  Each of several sets consists of three
    satallites usually in a tight formation (often visible in the same wide-
    angle binocular field).
