    ..has this 13 seconds early against my prediction of yesterday. My new
    estimate for the decay is Apr 7 10:23 UTC +-10h whereas SpaceCom's
    latest is Apr 7 14:17 +-1d. This may be visible in your predawn twilight

    No further elsets were issued for this since my posting earlier today.
    SpaceCom's final analysis is unchanged, as is my SatEvo one that
    predicted decay for Apr 5 07:36 +-1h near 51.8 N, 58.8 E.
