    Subject = Unid satellite orbit

    Russell Eberst's unid sat of April 4th is consistent with my last
     unid object on March 25th.

    The following orbit fits all 4 observations very well.

    1 00000U 99000       95.88797000 0.00000000                        0
    2 00000  98.1490 171.7100 0024301 359.1800   0.8160 14.60855007    0

    And this orbit (which does 147 revs instead of 146) is an alternative,
    but the residuals are much larger.
