Pierre Neirinck produced these elements, using observations by himself, Russell
Eberst and Alberto Rango, from 26 March - 04 April UTC:

    USA 129 15.0 3.0 0.0 5.1 v
    1 24680U 96072 A 00096.13643620 .00046024 00000-0 65452-3 0 4215
    2 24680 97.8745 160.1426 0474034 215.3438 141.1830 14.83070364 04

Pierre reminds us that based upon past behaviour, USA 129 is due to manoeuvre
upward soon. My records show that twice in the past, it manoeuvred up when its
mean motion was greater than 14.83 rev/d, but less than 14.84 rev/d. At the
present rate of decay, it would reach 14.84 rev/d in 10 days.

    OCS 3.6 0.0 0.0 3.9 v
    1 26062U 00004 B 00096.20651060 .00088219 00000-0 27920-1 0 579
    2 26062 100.1976 305.6488 0030069 348.8308 10.9083 14.39944066 05
