Obs 23, 26 and 27 april 1999

On the 23th clouds moved in very rapidly, so only two obs.
The evening of the 26th the moon interferred, as did some thin clouds.
Yesterday evening it was cristal clear, due to some wind.

My reported obs on 99-04-22 of 99- 20 B was in fact an obs of 84- 21 A
Landsat 5, as pointed out to me by Russell Eberst.

Saw ISS made nice passes on the 26th and 27th; was both times S, mag 1
